Our company, in its constant concern to promote a culture of compliance and in accordance with the provisions of Law N° 20.393 which establishes the criminal liability of legal entities and Law N° 21.643, also known as Karin Law, which amends the Labor Code regarding prevention, investigation and sanction of workplace harassment, sexual harassment and violence at work, has dedicated its efforts to strengthen its internal regulations by establishing clear roles and responsibilities.
For these purposes, ABASTECEDORA Y COMERCIALIZADORA SUR SPA has made available to the entire organization and third parties a Reporting and Query Channel , with the objective of receiving and managing them, whether anonymous or not, under high standards of security and confidentiality.
The Channel, which is available, will allow reporting on irregularities detected in the performance of functions, guidelines, procedures, Code of Ethics and Conduct, Internal Regulations on Order, Hygiene and Safety, the aforementioned laws and any conduct contrary to the values and principles of the company.
