ABASTECEDORA Y COMERCIALIZADORA SUR SPA respects the laws and regulations of the countries in which it operates, and requires its business partners to do the same. Our company will not accept any type of sexual or workplace harassment, or third-party violence that may be exposed according to the second article of this law, referring to the fact that every employment relationship must always be based on treatment free of violence, compatible with the dignity of the person and with a gender perspective.
Prevention Protocol
Through the identification of hazards and the assessment of psychosocial risks, establishing measures to control them, implementing guidelines to adequately inform and train workers about them and ensuring the protection of the privacy and honor of all those involved.
Subject to the principles of confidentiality, impartiality, speed and gender perspective, handled by common steps, such as the filing of the accusation, adoption of protective measures, with the redistribution of time and physical spaces and providing the accuser with early psychological attention. During the investigation, this must be recorded in writing, kept strictly confidential and ensure that both parties are heard and can justify their statements. The person in charge must have training in harassment issues and receive assistance from third parties.
Provided for in article 154 No. 10 of the Labor Code, consists of verbal warnings, written warnings or fines, which will be applied according to the severity of the conduct. In case of proven serious misconduct, provided for in the statement of article 160 of the Labor Code, the employer may apply dismissal.
